Learn how to observe the natural breath in order to experience inner peace and to change negative habit patterns of the mind.

Meditating on the natural breath brings balance, tranquility and harmony to the mind. In the long term, it has the power to transform mental habit patterns leading to profound peace and happiness. This technique, referred to by Patanjali as Prana Samyama is central to Yoga and Buddhist systems.

During the course you will learn all the steps of the technique. The guided meditations mainntain a direct connection to the authentic source of the teaching, with reference to the original scriptures in which they have been preserved for centuries.

You will be supported in your meditation by a trained and certified Traditional Yoga teacher who wiill be able to answer questions and offer guidance for home practice. There will be time for Yoga Nidra (deep relxation), metta bhavna (loving kindness), and pranayama (controlled breathing exercises) to calm and relieve the mind of tension and discomfort.

Suitable for beginners.

Please note that the sequential steps of the technique will be taught each week so it is advisable to attend all 8 classes.

Course will be led by Anna Sadler
